Why EQ Search
Experience. Results. Value.
In today’s business environment, you need more than just a high IQ! You need an EQ – emotional quotient. EQ capitalizes on emotional intelligence – going beyond job descriptions and resumes – to take a more holistic approach to delivering exceptional talent. Our methods apply to candidates no matter what their goals are. Whether they’re looking for Biotech jobs in Boston, Life Science careers, or any other career in Biotechnology, we will find the best and most qualified candidates. EQ recruiters are better able to identify “impact players” who provide leadership, innovation, and the critical insight to drive your organization — people who possess that rare combination of intellectual and emotional intelligence. We know how to demonstrate the value proposition for the companies and roles we work on. This gets top talent engaged.
What’s EQ made of?
- NInvested in the industry. We know life science and healthcare – our industry-specific focus yields unparalleled results.
- NDiscerning business acumen. We know more than recruiting – we understand all aspects of how your business works.
- NProactive recruiting strategies. We don’t wait until a need is urgent. We continuously build our talent pipeline for our clients.
- NExceptional candidate fill rate. We listen, we analyze, we get it right the first time – results far better than the industry standard.
- NOutstanding level of service. Best-in-class custom recruiting strategies allow us to source the most highly qualified life science or healthcare talent.
- NAsking the right questions. We go below the surface to understand each client and candidate and connect the right people with the right organizations.
EQ Search is the trusted recruiting partner of life science and healthcare companies nationwide.
We strategically place people in executive, professional and technical roles in organizations where they can flourish.
